About the Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/2 shallot
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
Mince the garlic and the shallot
Place everything in a jar with a lid
Shake well
Serve over greens
Stored unused dressing in refrigerator
