I can't believe I've actually created a website. And it went live on my laptop right here in the kitchen, how appropriate. It certainly seemed infinitely more complicated than anything I do as a chef. Creating this website was daunting and challenging for me. As I finish it up I feel certain there are plenty of people who look at cooking the same way I look at utilizing technology. My goal with Kel's Kitchen is to take the mystery out of cooking for everyone out there who is baffled, to take the fear away for everyone who is intimidated, to replace any negativity with confidence and success! I am still working out the details, but I hope to advertise a series of cooking workshops here in north Brevard County, Florida shortly.
