Mini Molten Chocolate Cakes PRIVATE EVENT (Northrop Grumman)

Are you a "chocoholic"? Then this is the cooking class for you! Chef Kel will be guiding you and your kids through the process of making those decadent little chocolate cakes with the molten chocolate inside. Now that's alot of chocolate, so she likes to brighten up the dish a little with a fresh berry sauce and homemade whipped topping. Every mouthful is a chocolate lover's dream! Learn how to make this luscious dessert at home! It's surprisingly simple! 

We will be using the stovetop and the oven for this class and if you choose to use strawberries in your sauce, you'll need to be able to handle a paring knife. 

After registering for the event, you will receive an email explaining how the class will be run and providing you a list of ingredients and equipment you will need to have out and ready to go.

This session is intended for families of older children as there is not alot to keep the little ones' interest. But you know your own family and your kids' attention span. Please contact Chef Kel with any questions.
