Culinary Kids Field Trip

We will drive up to Daytona State College separately and meet in the lobby of the Mori Hosseini College of Hospitality and Culinary Management at 10:20 am. Enter the Daytona State Campus at the main entrance and turn left. The Culinary School is the large building immediately to your left. You may drive past it and park in the lot on your left next to the college.

We will receive a tour of the culinary school to include the state of the art production kitchen, the learning kitchens, the bakery, and the brewery. Programs at this school include Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, and Brewing Arts. The culinary students will be at work in the catering and buffet class. After our tour we will eat in  Cafe 101. Cost is $11 per person. Tips are permitted. They used to go towards a student assistance fund, I'm not sure if they still do. I will be making a reservation for the group but you will pay for your meal at your table. Please keep me updated if you need to cancel for any reason.
